So I wanted to give my shot at doing some incognito street shooting. I geared up with a Leica D-Lux 4 and hit the streets. Here is my first take.

This past week was characterized by tragedy and heat. Always a tough week.

I was walking through Washington Square Park and I saw a man covered in pigeons. I went closer to inspect and started talking to him. His name is Paul and he says he’s simply known as “The Birdman.” He is in the park every day to feed the pigeons because he just loves their company.
